General

Bista Web, part of Your Company, is registered in the Netherlands and operates under Dutch law. We provide web development and optimization services for clients worldwide.

Services

Services may include website optimization, performance improvements, SEO & GEO upgrades, mobile responsiveness, accessibility enhancements, and full redesigns or web app development as requested.

Pricing and Payments

• The minimum hourly rate is $50, subject to variation depending on project complexity.
• All projects require a 30% advance payment.
• Remaining payments are split into installments tied to agreed milestones.
• All payments are made via bank transfer.

Cancellation

You may cancel ongoing work at any time. Work will pause immediately and resume only after payment for completed milestones is received. No refunds will be given for completed deliverables.

Delivery & Timelines

Delivery depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Timeframes and milestones are agreed upon in advance.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of income caused by the use or unavailability of our services. Maximum liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant service.
